Honestly, with so many of us Solopreneurs running businesses, it’s likely you don’t get to see your biz bestie in person as often as you might like.

This retreat is such an amazing excuse for the two (or three) of you to get out from behind the screens, take a sabbatical from your desks, and mastermind in person — all while getting some fresh air, some sunshine, and some much-needed perspective on business and life.

King Bed Rooms

2 rooms available, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed. Ideal for those who appreciate a spacious sleeping arrangement, whether flying solo or sharing.

Queen Bed Rooms

2 cozy rooms, each with a plush queen-size bed. Perfect for attendees who enjoy comfort and a little extra space.

Double Bed Room

1 room available with a snug double bed, great for single occupancy.

Where is the Biz Bestie Getaway taking place?

Gorgeous Estate Home on 186 Acre Ranch only minutes from Colorado Springs

Amazing location in Black Forest only minutes from Colorado Springs. Bordering the Flying Horse North Golf Course. All brick custom 6,700 square foot ranch style home with gorgeous lush green grounds, a stocked fishing pond with cool fishing hut, tons of outdoor entertaining space, Pikes Peak views, hot tub, pool table, skeeball machine, shuffleboard table and a whole house speaker system for our dance party!

Actual address and driving directions will be provided to attendees.

Will I have to share a room?

No- we will have a private room for everyone!

Early Bird Gets the Room!

Bring along your business besties or get ready to forge new bonds—choose your room and gear up for a retreat that blends relaxation, personal growth, and unforgettable memories!

What if I have a food allergy or other dietary requirements?

Be sure to let us know (there’s a place on the form when you register)! I will try to accomodate the following dietary needs: Gluten and dairy intolerance, vegan or vegetarian, and most allergies except soy. Please note it is not a kosher or halal kitchen.

What if I can't stay for the entire duration?

Because this is an intimate group, we encourage you to block out the weekend from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon.

Your travel plans are entirely your own, so if you have to leave early or come late that is ok. However, we can’t offer any discounts on retreat fees if you have to arrive late or leave early.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur that may prevent you from attending the Business Bestie Getaway. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

More than 31 Days Notice: If you cancel more than 31 days before the event, you will receive a refund of all monies paid, minus a $500 administrative fee.

This fee helps cover the costs associated with covers pre-paid expenses, pre-event preparations including gifts, materials, and securing event spaces.

30 Days or Less Notice: For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event, the following fees apply to cover the increased costs and potential revenue loss from unoccupied rooms:

- Refund of all monies paid minus a $1ee.

- You can send someone else in your place - gift it to another deserving woman entrepreneur.

Special Consideration

Recognizing the challenges that may lead to a late cancellation, we offer additional support to help you get back on track. Please reach out to discuss your situation with Mary.

If you cancel with 30 days or less notice, Mary will offer a complimentary 90-minute FOCUS session, valued at $350. This session is designed to help you regain momentum in your business endeavors and can provide valuable insights and strategies tailored to your needs.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to providing you with an extraordinary retreat experience and hope that you will not need to cancel. However, we are here to assist should any issues arise.
